Terms of Warranty
All Schneider Electric Products supplied are BRAND NEW which are warranted against defects in design, workmanship, and materials. The warranties shall be for a period of 12 months calculated from the date of delivery.
The following conditions will VOID the warranty:
Misuse or mishandling of component.
Modification or repair of the component.
Faulty/Wrong installation of component.
Sales Return Policy:
Sales Returns would be entertained if components are returned in the same good condition and packing they were sold. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
General Sales Tax:
GST will only be refunded if return is processed before the 5th of the next month from sale date. For example if any invoice is generated on any date of January, the deadline to send return along with GST would be February 5th. In case of returns afterwards, deducted GST amount will not be refunded at any cost, however, customer may request for GST payment prof from IEC.
